AIR FREIGHT
Reliable Freight International is prompt and time sensitive with air-freight shipments that need timely pickup to international cities.
We accept small parcels/crated or palletized shipments, including automobiles and motorcycles. Oversized/Overweight shipments must be within the specifications of the aircraft containers (L x W x H=8'5"x7'3"x5'1"). Weight should not exceed 1585 Kg/3487 lbs.
Hazardous materials are accepted subject to approval by the airline carrier. Please call our office for more details.
Freight charges are based on actual or dimensional weight, whichever creates greater revenue for the airline. The final weight is determined at the airport before departure by re-weighing and re-measuring. The final cost is invoiced on the chargeable weight or volume.
International air-freight requires a commercial invoice/packing list and for certain countries, a "Certificate of Origin" Endorsed/Legalized by the Trade Department of that country’s Embassy/Consulate in the USA.
Automobiles moving overseas require the shipper or sender to obtain an import permit for that country. They may also contact their Trade Department, Consulate General or Embassy in the United States, for further information.
All vehicles exported must have gas removed and battery cables disconnected.
Original title pink slip is required for U.S. customs clearance one week before flight departure.
